iHeartRadio Music Fest Tix Sell Out, Many Fans Not Happy

iHeartRadio Music Festival tickets were reported to be sold-out in less than a minute after going on sale on-line Saturday. The music festival is scheduled for Sept. 20 and 21 in Las Vegas. Ticket prices for the 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival have a face value through Ticketmaster.com ranging from $83 to $290 when they went on sale Saturday morning.  Fans cannot even be guaranteed a ticket when they log on at 10 AM because of the high demand around the country for the concert.

A portion of the Las Vegas Strip will be cordoned off on Saturday afternoon from 1-4 PM for the iHeartRadio Music Festival Village.  Tickets are still being sold for Festival Village, which will feature performances by Miley Cyrus, The Wanted, Jason Derulo, The Band Perry, Avril Lavigne, Krewella, Cher Lloyd, twenty one pilots, Pete Tong, AWOLNATION and a special guest appearance by Ne-Yo.

Music Festival fans can still win tickets by participating in a nationwide contest being conducted on CCM+  stations, including spoken word formats.

The music festival promoters said fans could not be guaranteed a ticket even if  they logged on at 10 AM because of the high demand around the country for the concert. Fans looking for tickets may still find them on sale at PreferredSeat.com. Though they are not associated with the MGM Grand Garden Arena or the promoter, Preferred Seating Tickets claims to have locked-in some of the best seats for the concert coming September 21st and 22nd.
