Orlando Radio: Cox Extends Radio Deal With Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic and Cox Media’s WDBO-AM ESPN580 Orlando have announced a five-year contract extension for the station to continue to serve as the Magic Radio Network’s flagship through the 2017-18 season.

Every preseason, regular season and postseason Magic game is broadcast on the Magic Radio Network Flagship, ESPN580 Orlando. Dennis Neumann provides the play-by-play, Richie Adubato takes on the color analyst duties.

“We’re very excited to announce the continued partnership between ESPN580 Orlando and the Orlando Magic,” Orlando Magic CEO Alex Martins said. “ESPN580 Orlando represents the quality and excellence we strive for in bringing our product to our fans and stakeholders and we are looking forward to this continued relationship.”

“We are very proud of our relationship with the Orlando Magic and being their broadcast partner,” said ESPN580 Orlando Vice President/General Manager Susan Larkin. “ESPN580 will continue to bring Central Floridians the quality coverage they expect.”

580AM has been the Magic’s flagship station since the 1992-93 season.
