Curtis Sliwa
Guardian Angels founder Curtis Sliwa could use someone to watch over his bank accounts.

According to the NY Daily News, at a hearing in Manhattan Family Court on Monday, the tough talking WNYM 970 AM The Answer  host testified he's having problems making ends meet, and can no longer afford to pay his ex-wife, Mary, $13,000 a month in child support.

He said he's only making $200,000 a year, since his salary was halved by Salem Communications in 2012.

SHis Ex maintains the cries of poverty are a ruse – and that Sliwa is spending all his money on his girlfriend, Queens borough president-elect Melinda Katz, and the two kids he fathered with her.

Sliwa agreed to pay the $13,000 to Mary after they split in 2010 — when he was making between $500,000 and $700,000 a year. But he also agreed to pay Katz roughly $20,000 a month in support for their two kids, even though he's living with her in Forest Hills. At the time he signed the deals with Katz and his ex, he was making between $500,000 and $700,000 a year.
