Orlando Radio: Soul Brother Kevin GONE From WTKS

Soul Brother Kevin
Fans of Orlando radio personality Soul Brother Kevin, better known as S-B-K, were sad to learn this morning that he has departed WTKS 104.1 FM Real Radio, the station where he has spent the last 8 years, according to the Orlando Weekly.

SBK posted a picture on Instagram this morning of the Clear Channel building with the caption:
“This is behind me now with the rest of my life in front of me. thanks for the support.” (sic)
No reasons for the departure were given on SBK’s Tumblr. However on Twitter, he stated he quit.

SBK has spoken publicly in the past about his dissatisfaction with Clear Channel’s management of the station.

SBK has been a co-host of Monsters in the Morning, the station’s morning drive-time show, since 2012.

Before that, he was the host of a popular evening show, SBK Live, which still exists as a free podcast. The podcast show will continue to be produced, though SBK has stated that he will be taking a vacation first.
