Police and State Police in Caribou, ME are trying to figure out who’s responsible for a hit and run incident at the studios of WFST 600 AM in Caribou early Saturday.

According to police, shortly after 1:00 a.m., a car failed to stop at the end of the Caribou Connector, crossed Sweden Street and drove into the WFST studios.

No one in the station at the time.

The driver allegedly left the scene of the accident. Police responded and found a license plate left at the scene.

The radio station, owned by Northern Broadcast Ministries, resumed broadcasting on Saturday and volunteers worked throughout the day to clean up and repair the damage.
