iHeartMedia/Phoenix has appointed Paul Kelley as Program Director of AC KESZ 99.9 FM and Rhythmic AC KYOT 95.5 FM.
The move is effective February 2.
He's arriving via iHM's cluster in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, where he was Operations Manager since July, 2011, and an Regional Programming Manager for iHM. Kelley previously served in similar duties for Clear Channel's local group in Springfield, MO, beginning in 2003.

iHM also announced that Mat Michel, who previously served as Program Director for KYOT has been named Program Director for HotAC KMXP 96.9 FM Mix and Top40 KZZP 104.7 FM KissFM.
