NYC Radio Cindy Vero Joins 95.5PLJ as Traffic Reporter

WPLJ 95.5 FM has announced that veteran NYC radio personality Cindy Vero began Monday as a traffic reporter appearing from 6AM – 10AM on "Todd & Jayde in the Morning" and from 3PM – 7PM alongside John Foxx.

Vero joins 95.5 PLJ after 13 years at 103.5 KTU in New York, where she served in a variety of on-air positions including co-host of "Cubby and Cindy in the Mornings," a program covering local news, traffic and celebrity gossip. Prior to 103.5 KTU, Vero worked for multiple stations in the tri-state area as a traffic correspondent, producer and news and entertainment reporter.

Vero discovered her passion for radio after an internship at WYNY and has worked in the industry ever since. In addition to her on-air radio roles, she runs a celebrity entertainment blog, "The Cindy V.," emcees charitable events and does voice-over work. She graduated from Rowan University with a degree in communications and journalism.
